Many operational concerns can be resolved through troubleshooting, adjustment or guidance from our technicians.
Warranty Coverage
e-Scooters supplied by We Love Gadgets come with a 12 month manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified.
The warranty period begins on the date of dispatch or collection.
Warranty assistance relates to faults that arise during normal intended use of the product and is subject to inspection and verification by We Love Gadgets.
Battery Warranty
Batteries are consumable components and naturally degrade over time depending on usage, charging habits and environmental conditions.
Battery-related concerns arising from manufacturing defects will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Battery performance degradation through normal use, aging, improper charging, misuse, water exposure, deep discharge or use of non-approved chargers is not covered.
Water Resistance Disclaimer
Unless specifically stated otherwise by the manufacturer, e-Scooters are not designed for riding in heavy rain, through standing water or under high-pressure washing conditions.
Water damage including corrosion, electrical failure or bearing damage resulting from moisture ingress will not be covered under warranty.
Owner Responsibilities
e-Scooters require reasonable care and routine maintenance.
Owners are responsible for regular checks including:
- Tightening bolts and fasteners.
- Maintaining tyre pressure.
- Checking electrical connections.
- Proper battery charging and storage.
- Basic mechanical adjustments where required.
Failure to maintain a product appropriately may affect warranty support.
Proper Use
e-Scooters must be used in accordance with their intended purpose and operating guidelines.

Damage resulting from accidents, collisions or impacts is not covered under warranty.
Rider Weight & Overloading
Rider weight limits published by the manufacturer must be observed.
Damage resulting from overloading or use outside of published specifications is not covered by warranty.
Product Performance
e-Scooters perform according to manufacturer specifications under controlled conditions.
Actual performance may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, gradients, tyre pressure, battery condition, weather conditions and general operating environment.
Variations in real-world performance do not indicate a fault.
Product Suitability
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product selected is suitable for their intended use and environment prior to purchase.
We Love Gadgets provides product specifications and guidance to assist customers in selecting appropriate equipment.
Suitability concerns relating to terrain, gradients, driveway conditions, transport compatibility, distance expectations or personal preference do not constitute product faults.
Safety & Legal Use
Customers are responsible for ensuring lawful and safe operation of e-Scooters in their area of use, including compliance with local traffic regulations, helmet use and safety requirements where applicable.
Wear & Tear Exclusions
Normal wear-and-tear items including tyres, brake pads, grips, tubes, cosmetic scratches, bearings and other consumable components are not covered under warranty unless defective on delivery.

Customers are encouraged to report any delivery issues or product concerns as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.
Early reporting assists with efficient assessment and resolution.
Concerns reported after 7 days may still be handled in accordance with applicable warranty and consumer protection legislation.

Product Returns
Products that have been assembled, ridden or otherwise used may show depreciation or signs of use and may not be eligible for return where no fault is present, subject to applicable consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights afforded to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically aligned with standard payment processing cycles.
Restocking / Depreciation Fee
Where a discretionary return is accepted for a non-defective product, We Love Gadgets reserves the right to apply a reasonable handling, restocking or depreciation fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
